Security verification information processed through Cloudflare Turnstile when you use protected forms. Turnstile may process signals such as IP address, user-agent, browser and connection details, sitekey, and page origin to help distinguish people from automated abuse.

Between Us account and app information, which may include profile details, language preferences, invitations, private room metadata, messages, translations, saved phrases, voice-note metadata, and support actions when those features are used.

Communications you send to us directly, including email, feedback, support requests, or Experience Guide interest.

To operate the waitlist, send product updates, respond to inquiries, and understand early user interest.

To provide Between Us features such as private rooms, translated conversations, saved phrases, tone support, Bridge Cards, notifications, and Experience Guide rooms.

To improve clarity, safety, quality, accessibility, localization, and performance across Meet EmLi and Between Us.

To protect the services from spam, abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, and technical issues.

Meet EmLi and Between Us may use AI to support clarity, translation, tone, search, summaries, or response drafting. AI is a helper, not the source of lived experience.

Experience Guides and other users provide personal perspective based on what they have lived. Their perspective is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the conversation and you are comfortable sharing it.

We do not sell personal information.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, security, bot protection, AI features, payments if added later, and customer support.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on protected forms to reduce spam and abuse. Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains how Cloudflare processes Turnstile signals.

Information may be shared when needed to comply with law, enforce terms, protect users, prevent abuse, or complete a user-requested action.

Private conversation content is intended to remain within the relevant room and service operations, subject to safety, moderation, security, support, and legal requirements.

We keep information as long as needed to provide the services, maintain records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting guide@meetemli.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those emails when available, or by contacting us.

Meet EmLi and Between Us are not intended for children under 13.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this policy as the platform develops. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date on this page.
