You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining access to your account when account features are available.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as the platform develops.

Meet EmLi is built around lived experience. Experience Guides and users may share personal stories, opinions, and lessons learned.

Content from users, Experience Guides, AI features, or the platform is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions. For professional matters, consult a qualified professional.

AI may help with clarity, translation, tone, summaries, search, prompts, and draft responses.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. Review important information before relying on it.

AI does not replace human judgment, professional advice, or the personal perspective of someone who has lived an experience.

You are responsible for content you submit, including messages, profile details, guide information, invitations, and feedback.

Do not use the services to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, scrape, violate privacy, or share unlawful content.

You should not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Experience Guide features may allow people to share personal perspective with others navigating similar experiences.

Being an Experience Guide does not make someone a licensed professional, advisor, therapist, attorney, financial planner, medical provider, or emergency resource.

Future guide applications, eligibility, compensation, verification, availability, and moderation rules may change as the platform evolves.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe use of the services creates risk, violates these Terms, or harms users or the platform.

The services may be unavailable, delayed, or changed from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

For emergencies or immediate safety concerns, contact local emergency services or appropriate crisis resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet EmLi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

The services are provided as-is and as-available. Your use of the services is at your own risk.
